Lacquer Masking Tape
3M masking tape 2060 is a 6mil tape, primarily used to mask lacquer paints from surfaces and to mask lacquered surfaces from other types of paints and lacquers. Removes with little or no adhesive transfer to most surfaces for up to three days after application, even when subjected to sunlight exposure. Tape should be removed at a 90° angle. It remains supple and resists curl off when coated with paints and lacquers. It resists paint and lacquer flaking when the tape is removed from the job. It should not be subjected to prolonged outdoor exposure. Tape may become very difficult to remove. It is manufactured in an ISO 9002 registered plant to meet worldwide quality standards.
