**Discontinued - 3M recommends 4941 as an alternative**3M™ VHB™ Tape 4945 is a 45 mil, double sided high bond acrylic foam tape. . It has a multi-purpose adhesive on both sides of a firm acrylic foam. In many cases they can replace rivets, spot welds, liquid adhesives or other permanent fasteners. It is often used to attach vinyl trim, bond vinyl extrusions or adhere pre-painted truck and trailer skins.
