Discontinued DCPET 3548 is a 6.7mil (0.17mm) double-coated polyester film tape that features a 0.5 mil clear polyester film coated on both sides with a heavy coat weight of a modified solvent free water based acrylic adhesive with a light blue siliconized paper liner. This tape adheres to nearly all materials, even foams and PE films. DCPET 3548 offers very good temperature, aging, and water vapor resistance and no plasticizer migration on most surfaces. It is used for splicing, bonding, and laminating.
