DCSCRIM 3630

2.4mil Double Coated Thin Scrim Tape

DCSCRIM 3630 is a 2.4mil high tack, clear polyester scrim tape coated on both sides with a solvent free water-based modified acrylic adhesive on a 90gr. siliconized paper release liner. The adhesive system has excellent tack combined with high adhesive strength and will bond well to nearly all materials. It has excellent temperature, UV, aging, and water vapor resistance. DCSCRIM 3630 is used for permanent bonding of various materials such as fabrics, wallboard, plastic, metal, and wood. Its thin characteristic makes it suitable for low-relief laminations. It is also used to laminate foams and films. The acrylic adhesive system provides long-term performance. The scrim reinforcement provides for improved lay-down.
