DUCTFOIL 4050 is a 3.25 mil self-wound alluminum foil tape consisting of a 2mil dead soft malleable aluminum coated with acrylic adhesive. The malleable foil conforms well to irregular surfaces. This tape is designed for non-critical applications such as sealing out dust and moisture, masking, and duct sealing. DUCTFOIL 4050 can be used for heat reflection in the appliance industry and as a mask for electroplating. This linerless product saves time and labor in stripping of release liner and produces less waste.
