Discontinued C663 is a 9.5 mil, polyester film with silicone adhesive. It is the ultimate masking material for gold finger/tab protection used in both Horizontal and Vertical Hot Air Leveling Equipment. C663 offers a specially-formulated, thick, silicone adhesive on a thick, high-temperature, laminated substrate which reduces damming at the solder/tape butt line and ensures proper adhesion through multiple Hot Air Leveling operations.
