Unifilmr UA10 is a 1 mil, unsupported pressure sensitive adhesive film. It is primarily used for nameplates, faceplates, membrane switch fabrication, and general bonding and mounting.

  • Adhesive is clear and has excellent UV resistance, and humidity resistance
  • Peel adhesion to stainless steel (PSTC 1 Mod./180°); 20 min. @ RT = 50 oz/in
  • Holding power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 2.2 psi (1x1x1000g) @ RT = >100 hours
  • Heat resistance (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 1.1 psi (1x1x500g) @ 158°F (70°C) = >65 hours
  • Humidity resistance % peel retention after 1 wk. @ 100°F (38°C)/100% RH = 92%
  • Water resistance % peel retention after 24 hour soak = 97%
