Unifilmr UC40 is a 4 mil, unsupported pressure sensitive adhesive film. It is primarily used for nameplates, faceplates, membrane switch fabrication and high temperature gasketing.

- Firm adhesive film exhibits superior diecutting properties
- UL recognition to standard #969 for marking and labeling systems
- Adhesive has excellent UV and humidity resistance
- Holding power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 4.4 psi (1/2x1x1000g) @ RT = 60 hrs.
- Heat resistance (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 1.1 psi (1x1x500g) @ 158°F (70°C) = >100 hours
- Humidity resistance % peel retention after 1 wk. @ 100°F/100% RH = 96%
- Water resistance % peel retention after 24 hour soak = 90%
