4312 has been discontinued recommended substitutes tesa 53313 & tesa 4313. 4312 is a 6.3 mil, paper flatback tape with a silicone-free release coat and a synthetic rubber adhesive system. The adhesive has excellent shear strength providing holding power in splicing and core starting applications. The thick backing and aggressive adhesion combine to provide a durable, shock resistant bond to a variety of corrugated grades, thus securing the contents of your cartons against damage and tampering. The thick kraft backing provides high tensile strength enabling secure closure on overloaded boxes.
