Double Coated Polyvinyl Chloride
4963 is a 4.3 mil, PVC used to splice paper, plastic and metal film/foil webs. Self-adhesive finishing of decorative and packaging die-cuts, it has good adhesion, with creped film or paper liner. It is very resistant to plasticizers.
