Double Coated Flexographic Mounting Tape

52325 PV3 is a 10 mil, double coated, UPVC that is used to mount photopolymer flexographic plates for printing. High adhesive value & good shear resistance ensures no plate movement or edge lift problems, even at high speeds and on extended print runs. Improved unwind characteristics of the structured PP liner ensure that easy handling and mounting is guaranteed. It also prevents the formation of air bubbles. Plates are easily repositioned during mounting as the full adhesion of the tape only becomes effective during the print run.
