Discontinued A 17.0 mil. multi-layer backing with acrylic adhesive primarily used for safety markings and military applications. Application to complex curved surfaces with 5900 tape should be tested. The acrylic adhesive adheres well to many types of surfaces including aluminum, fiberglass, concrete and painted metals. 5900 tape is not clean removable but is easily cleaned with common, solvent based, cleaning solutions. 5900 meets Federal Railroad Administration requirement per ASTM E162 and E662.
