Repulpable Double Coated Splicing Tape
9069 is a 3mil, silicone coated, semi-bleached kraft paper, primarily used for splicing tape on manual and automatic splicing equipment. Packing is sealed plastic bags helps assure constant moisture content of unused tape. Virtually eliminates the "human element" from flying splice adhesive operations. There are no "drying times", "correct mixtures", "too soft", "too wet", etc. which depend on operator performance or judgements. Water solubility and alkali dispersability are excellent and eliminate risk of contaminating the paper mill broke with non-repulpable material. Not recommended for finished roll splices where oozing and bleeding can occur.
