9495LE
Double Coated Polyester Tape
A 6.0 mil. tape consisting of 300LSE acrylic adhesive and a polyester backing used for bonding to low surface energy plastics, such as polypropylene and powder coated paints. 300LSE acrylic adhesive provides excellent adhesion to surfaces conataminated lightly with oil typically used with machine parts. 9495LE double coated tape also offers the acrylic adhesive on one side to provide excellent bond strength to a variety of foams and sheet materials. This tape consists of a moisture resistant polycoated kraft liner which withstands high humidity conditions with minimal cockling or wrinkling. 9495LE also has a film carrier which adds dimensional stability to foams and other substrates along with easier handling of the tape during slitting and die cutting.

It is essential, as with all pressure-sensitive tapes, that the surface to which the tape is applied be clean, dry and free of grease and oil.
Shelf life from date of manufacture is based on the product being stored at 70°F(21°C) / 50% relative humidity out of direct sunlight.
Specification compliance is dynamic and should only be used as a general guide. Always confirm that the tape you are interested in currently complies with all specification requirements. Please verify that the product number that you select is available in the proper size and color to meet your specification.
