Victrexr PeekT Film

810-2 is a 4 mil, extruded, virgin PEEK (polyetheretherketone) film has been surface modified on one side and coated with an acrylic adhesive. The acrylic adhesive is resistant to high humidity and harsh chemical environments while retaining good peel strength with clean removal. The surface modification enhances bond strength to other materials. Kraft paper release paper is applied to the adhesive side. The untreated side is lubricious, abrasion resistant, and free of pin holes. This tape has the best combination of friction and wear properties combined with high heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation. Tapes can be used on many different hard mating surfaces such as steel, ceramic or glass. Typical applications for the tape include sliding bearings, abrasion resistant wire wraps, and oil field equipment requiring abrasion resistance and electrical insulation.
