Tensilized PTFE
HD-350 is a 3.5 mil, skived and tensilized PTFE film that is coated with "high temperature" silicone adhesive. The tensilized film provides a higher tensile strength, lower elongation and higher dielectric strength than a regular skived film. D/W HD-350 is primarily used in electrical application such as coil wraps and separators, transformer, slot liners and harness wrapping where superior insulation and heat resistance is needed.
