T-TAK ™ Heavy Duty
T-Tak ™ is a versatile double coated tissue tape with an extended liner. It is a 3.7 mil (6.1 mil total) synthetic rubber tape with exceptional holding strength and an aggressive adhesive system with a 42# coated Kraft paper with finger-lift edge. This tape offers superior performance on heavier weight papers and light board stocks. It also works well on curved and uneven surfaces. T-Tak is also perfect for mounting heavy posters and signs, promotional displays, inventory tags on cartons, and mounting name plates. It works well for permanent poly bag sealing, board envelope and box fabrication, business forms presses and collators, tag and label mounting, as well as packaging and box closure. Adhesive and Carrier thickness: 3.7 mil. Liner thickness: 2.4 mil. 180° peel adhesion: 84.66oz/in. Loop tack: 2400.0g/in². Shear strength (1000g): 48+ hours. Application temperature range: 40°F to 105°F. Operating temperature range: 0°F to 140°F.
