P17 is obsolete, the recommended alternative is P72. P17 is a 8.5 mil, premium waterproof, heavy-duty paper packaging and carton sealing tape. It is recommended for use with automated packaging systems, wherever wax -impregnated surfaces are encountered and when compliance to government specifications is a necessity.
