This tape is suitable for almost all paint applications during construction or renovating ships and boats. It is suitable for a variety of common surfaces such as glass, aluminum, wood and especially hard-PVC. It is especially suited for outdoor applications when a clear and sharp paint edge is needed. tesa 4407 UV Paper grade is applicable with many kinds of paints and its conformability allows masking of slight curves as well as masking in straight lines. The combination of the conformable backing material and the special adhesive formulation allows easy residue free removability up to 8 weeks after outdoor application. this enables multiple working processes in only one covering process.
