Double Coated Differential Adhesion Tape

4914 is an 8 mil, double coated, non-woven fabric used in mounting car roof linings in the automotive industry. The acrylic adhesive has very high tack and good shear strength. It is resistant to to light, aging, & largely resistant to plasticizers. The covered face of the tape is especially suitable for rough surfaces due to its high adhesive power and thick adhesive coating. The tape can easily be torn by hand, at the same time automatically tabbed for easy removal of the protective liner. The combination of a thin non-woven backing with a flexible protective liner ensures secure application in curves, edges and corners.
