***Discontinued*** General Purpose Tear Strip
Tesa is moving customers toward 4236 pv3 51236 is a 3.5 mil, tensilized polypropylene tearstrip with a natural rubber adhesive. The co-extruded polypropylene/polyethylene backing exhibits an excellent and unique tear performance despite its relativley low thickness. The elastic component in the special PP film allows an angled tear as well. 51236 has a low and constant unwinding force and is recommended for fast unwinding on all common dispensers in an automatic industrial application process. The PE layer of the backing works as a shield which protects the PP layer of the rear strip against possible negative influences of the box manufacturing process.
