Budnick Converting ^®

BudSeal™ is a strong polypropylene, non-woven fabric with a rubber adhesive that is covered by a release liner. BudSeal™ has a solid PET laminate to prevent foam bleed through. It is very conformable and foam adheres well to the PP backing. BudSeal™ is specifically designed to cover holes and seams to keep foam contained within the cavity during foam-in-place injection.

BudVent™ is a strong polypropylene, non-woven fabric with adhesive stripes. It is highly permeable material. BudVent™ is specifically designed to cover vent holes and seams. It holds foam insulation in and allows more air and gas to escape during foam-in-place injection. This vent tape is suitable for closed-pour and open-pour foaming processes.

394 is a 4mil, non-woven synthetic backing tape, primarily used for foam-in-place insulation processes in appliance and other industries.

4576 is a highly elastic single sided adhesive tape 4.5 mils thick made of PET/cellulose non-woven fabric.

tesa® is a single-sided white venting tape with dotted acrylic adhesive. The non-woven backing is only selectively covered by adhesive allowing increased air permeability, especially when compared to fully covered products from competitors.
